REMOTE MOTION TRAINING IN MICROSOFT TEAMS
With the arrival of spring comes the urge to get in shape for the summer. But going to the gym is not yet that easy, and jogging with the community is not yet an option for many. Under these circumstances, exercising outside the four walls in spring 2020 is not so easy.
What to do?
Face the fact, make the best of it and get out - at home!
It's time to get fit, not only in terms of the way you work, but also physically you should invest to maintain your strength for the future!
Especially if you hardly get out of the house in the last few weeks due to the restrictions: the distance to the recommended 10,000 steps per day is increasing and the motivation is decreasing.
SPORT ALSO ROCKS REMOTELY
We have reacted immediately to the Triple C situation "Crazy-Coronavirus-Circumstances", i.e. to the declaration of a state of emergency by the Bavarian state government. Combined with the cessation of operations of all recreational facilities, we have unceremoniously relocated our weekly holistic movement training - true to our motto "New Work, New Rules"
Since week one of the exit restrictions in Bavaria, the series date with Teams-Link is in our calendar. Friday 3:30 p.m. is called remote/online movement training "physioplus" via Teams.
Always with us is our coach Gerry from our partner Physioplus.
After the workout and stretching units, there's also a meditation round every now and then.
The perfect start to the weekend and an ideal balance to the (home) office week.
START MOVING
That means for you - no more excuses. Notebook on. Teams up. Start the meeting and off you go to workout with your colleagues or friends. It's best to create a series of appointments right away, because a fixed appointment also means more commitment from your online sports community, which certainly means more motivation and a more stable fitness level in the long term!
Turning on the camera is not mandatory, but it increases the fun factor immensely - and what is a joint training without seeing the others? That's why we strongly recommend turning on the camera. This way, the trainer can also give hints if exercises are not performed correctly.
You don't have to worry about the chaotic living room in the background either. With the background effects in the team meetings, you can soften everything around you or even create an individual background.
See for yourself, this is how it looks in our KOM4TEC remote training.
