Conditions of participation for the "Podcast Anniversary" competition. 

 

The organizer of the "Podcast Anniversary" competition (hereinafter "competition") is KOM4TEC GmbH, Bamberger Straße 9, 63743 Aschaffenburg (hereinafter "KOM4TEC"). By participating in the competition, the participant declares their agreement with the present conditions of participation of the competition.

 

Participation in the competition takes place via the KOM4TEC Instagram page of the New Work podcast account. In order to participate in the competition, the participant must be logged in with an Instagram account. It is not permitted to participate in the competition via a competition entry service.

 

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

 

Eligibility to participate: Only natural persons who 

 

The above-mentioned participation requirements must be met cumulatively. 

 

Start and end: The competition starts on 13.12.2025 at 10:00 and ends on 26.05.25 at 24:00.

 

Prize: Each participant can win a bottle of WIN WIN Riesling from Weingut von Winning and a New Work Coffee. This prize will be raffled off once.

 

Determination and notification of winners: If the number of valid participants is greater than the number of advertised prizes, the winners will be determined by drawing lots from among all participants. The prize draw and announcement of the winners will take place on 27.05.25. Notification of the prize will be sent via the winner's Instagram account. By participating in the competition, each participant agrees to receive the prize notification via their Instagram account. If winners do not respond to a simple request within one week, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Subject to change: KOM4TEC reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition, to adjust the conditions of the competition or to cancel the competition without giving reasons in the event of disruptions to the competition, e.g. technical disruptions Instagram, abusive or illegal behavior by participants, etc., if proper implementation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons.

 

There is no entitlement to participate in or take part in the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

 

This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Each participant releases Instagram from any possible liability for the competition. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but KOM4TEC. Any questions, comments or complaints about the competition should not be directed to Instagram, but to [email protected].

Collection and processing of data

If you take part in the competition, we will process your personal data for the purpose of running and processing the competition. Notifications regarding the competition, in particular the notification of the prize, will be sent by direct message via your Instagram account. 

Your data will only be passed on to third parties with your consent.

 

Purpose and legal basis

The personal data collected as part of the competition is processed for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition, in particular to determine and notify the winners. The legal basis is the fulfillment of the contractual obligation arising from participation in the competition in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. 

 

Data erasure and storage duration

The processed data will be deleted after notification of the winners and completion of the competition, unless there are legitimate interests or statutory retention periods to the contrary.
