Your tasks.
- Development of target-audience-oriented learning concepts and training materials
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern work practices
- Training on AI, Copilot, and Modern Work topics for employees, managers, and departments
- Support for Copilot pilot groups and implementation projects at customer sites
- Support for Adoption, Enablement, and Change Initiatives
- Monitoring new Microsoft and AI developments and identifying practical use cases
