On Friday, instead of our annual Company Kick Off, the first quarterly meeting 2023 took place. Together with the Krew, we went into more detail about the vision of KOM4TEC as a whole and defined mid-term goals derived from the Vision Purpose.
The individual units then presented the Objectives and Key Results focused on the first quarter, which feed into the Mid-term Goals.
After a successful workshop in the afternoon, we ended the meeting with cool drinks. 🥂
